1. Find your property:
When you have found a property that has your interest you submit a request for availability.
2. Reservation:
The owner will then check availability and answer within 24 hours (often sooner). If the apartment is available and you wish to book it, you will receive a booking voucher with all details of the apartment you wish to book and details for the payment..
3. Initial payment:
The next step in order to reserve the apartment is to pay abt. 30/40% of the total rent.  This may vary depending on the owners.  The initial payment is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled 5 months before the arrival date.
4. Final payment and security deposit:
The payment for the remaining rental and breakarage deposit is due cash upon arrival and payable directly to the owner.   The breakarage deposit will be returned to you after the owner has checked the status of the apartment.
6. Taorminaholidays
Taorminaholidays has a database of several accomodations in Taormina each with its own web page containing images and descriptions. TAORMINAHOLIDAYS is neither a travel agency nor a tour operator but it is a “Rental and booking Service Company”.  Taorminaholidays provides decriptions that are given to us directly by the owners.  The status of each apartment or Villa is checked every year to assure that everything is in good order. Taorminaholidays do not act as intermediare between  the tourist and the structure as well as have any responsibility.  Therefore, any claim must be forwarded directly to the owners as taorminaholidays is not responsible in any way.
7. Loss,  damage
Taorminaholidays is not responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
